With all of the cold weather and snow we have gotten this winter, I am so ready for spring! Even though it doesn’t look like spring outside yet, it does in the classroom. I am excited to share with you some fun spring resources to use in your classroom over the next few weeks. As always, everything is free, just click on the link or the picture!
This first two resources are so fun for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. I love finding those cute clothespins from the Target Dollar Spot and using them for the clip cards! There are also some cute games and printables that your class is sure to enjoy. Head over to the Literacy and Theme page to download or just click on the pictures.
My “Trinity Shamrock” resource is perfect for bringing a biblical worldview into the classroom. St. Patrick was a missionary who brought Christianity to Ireland and the shamrock is a great way to help young learners understand the trinity. This activity provides a shamrock craft and journal reflection page. You can find in under the “Christian Resource” page.
These next two resources add a fun spring theme and provide ways to practice common kindergarten standards like short/long vowel sounds, coins, shapes and pattern blocks. Head over to the “Literacy and Theme” page to download or just click on the pictures.
I hope you have fun using these resources in your classroom and they make you feel all “spring and sunshine” inside! I also love to see pictures of how you use my resources in your classroom. Don’t forget to tag any photos so I can check it out.
