New Winter Resources!

Here in Colorado we are all snow and cold! I thought there would be no better time to upload some new Winter Resources. Each of these resources can be found by clicking the picture or by going to the “Literacy/Theme”, “Math/Discovery” or “Christian Resources” page on the home page of the blog.

I hope you enjoy them all and can find something helpful to use in your classroom. as always all resources are free. Spread the word and help out a fellow teacher ;0)

This first resource is a fun all class writing project that helps your little learners go through the writing process together. By the end of the project you have an adorable collection of winter short stories!

My “Winter Fun!” resource has literacy and math activities all with a cute winter theme. My favorite review activity in January is the ” Short Vowel Sound Snowflakes” on pages 3-7.

“God Loves Me Snow Much” is a perfect way to wrap in a Christian Worldview during the winter months. I’ve used it as a cute project, classroom bulletin board and learning buddy activity.

This resource about hibernation is a great way to enhance your winter or animal theme! I also have a blog post all about how I celebrate Hibernation Day with my students that you can check it out here!

Lastly, I added my “Groundhog Day” resource. Whether you are voting for six more weeks of winter or want spring to come early, this product is a fun way to celebrate Groundhog Day with your students!

If you are looking for resources to use for Martin Luther King Day or Presidents Day, they have already been uploaded. Just head over to the “Math and Discovery” page and look under Science and Social Studies.

Look for a new upload post at the end of January full of fun Valentine Day Resources!

Happy Teaching!
